WINE EVENTS

OTTO hosts wine classes every weekend afternoon at 2pm and Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm. These educational experiences are hosted in the Enoteca, around our standing high-top marble tables in the front of the restaurant. Class duration is approximately 90 minutes, though we allow time afterwards for additional conversation. To complement our selection of wines, classes include the chef's selection of artisanal cheeses and house cured meats. All classes are led by a Sommelier from OTTO's knowledgeable and enthusiastic Wine Team.

"Discovery" wine classes introduce all wine lovers to the extensive, unique and indigenous expressions of Italian Wine. Wine making methods, Italian wine laws and proper tasting etiquette will all be touched upon throughout the experience. Don't worry, we'll taste the wines too! The cost is $45/person excluding tax and gratuity.

"Wine & Cheese" classes focus on the pairing of Italian wine with Italian cheeses. Food and wine are meant to complement each other at the Italian table and together we will discover which pairings are the most exciting. The cost is $45/person excluding tax and gratuity.

"Regional" wine classes aim to dig deeper into the many grapes and regions that Italy has to offer. As we all begin to discover more about Italian wine, certain expressions leave us yearning to learn more. Here lies the opportunity to pick which region you'd wish to explore. The cost is $45/person excluding tax and gratuity.

"Ultimate" wine classes at OTTO can truly be a once in a lifetime experience. The wine team takes great pride in sharing some of the greatest and otherwise most exclusive Italian treasures with our guests. Ultimate selections of Brunello di Montalcino, Barolo, Barbaresco and Franciacorta, just to name a few, can easily find a home in your glass, even if only for a couple of hours. The cost is $75/person excluding tax and gratuity.

OTTO is also excited to offer Private Wine Classes for groups of six or more guests.
